Guardian AI is your intelligent, real-time family safety assistant built directly into the Mirronet platform. Instead of navigating through multiple maps and menus, you can simply ask Guardian AI questions in plain language to instantly verify the safety, location, and status of your loved ones.

Privacy First

Guardian AI can only access data for users who have explicitly accepted your Guardian request. Your family's location data is strictly protected and never shared outside your approved network.

How to Access Guardian AI

You can access your assistant from anywhere in the app. We have designed it to be always one tap away when you need it most.

What You Can Ask

Guardian AI understands natural language. You do not need to memorize strict commands. Here are the core features you can use:

1. Live Location & Battery Status

Ask Guardian AI where a family member is, and it will translate their exact GPS coordinates into human-readable street addresses and cities. It also monitors their device health.

Example: "Where is Justus right now?"
Example: "What is the battery level of my daughter's phone?"

2. Geofence & Safe Zone Verification

Verify if your family members have safely arrived at school, home, or work.

Example: "Is anyone out of bounds today?"
Example: "Did Michael leave the school safe zone?"

3. Location History (Footprints)

If you need to retrace a family member's steps, Guardian AI can pull up their recent travel history.

Example: "Show me where Sarah was over the last 24 hours."

Smart Action Buttons

Guardian AI goes beyond just answering questions. If your query requires immediate action or deeper management, Guardian will generate a secure, green Action Button directly inside the chat.

Tapping these buttons will instantly route you to the correct screen without needing to dig through menus. Common smart routes include:

Open SOS & Emergency: Triggered if you report danger or need immediate help.
Open Live Family Map: Triggered if you want a visual overview of all members.
Open Manage Members: Triggered if you ask to add or remove someone from your network.

Offline Devices & Stale Data

If a family member's phone loses signal, dies, or turns off location permissions, Guardian AI cannot pull a live location. Instead, it will accurately report the exact time they were last seen and provide the last known address before the device went offline.

Managing Your AI Quota

To ensure network stability and fast response times during emergencies, Guardian AI operates on a tiered usage system.

Free Tier: Users can monitor up to 2 approved guardians and receive standard daily AI interactions.
Premium Tier: Unlocks priority AI processing, unlimited queries (subject to Fair Use Policies), and extended footprint history.

If you hit your usage limit, Guardian AI will gracefully notify you in the chat interface.
