Milestone Requirements for Qualified Signups

To protect our platform and prevent automated fraud, an invited user only qualifies when they fulfill all three criteria:

• Register a new, verified Mirronet account on a unique physical mobile device.
• Upload an authentic profile picture (default avatars do not qualify).
• Publish at least three (3) distinct posts on the public feed. (Must be original content; reposts and shared content do not count).

Bounty Reward Ladder

Key Rules & Requirements

• Paying Customers Only: A referral qualifies only after a new member registers with your link, completes their trial, purchases an active Premium subscription, and the payment clears all standard refund windows. Downloads, registrations, or free trials alone never qualify. (Note: Both monthly and annual subscriptions count as one (1) referral).
• Automatic Renewal Extension: The exact moment your 5th paying referral clears, your subscription expiration date is automatically extended by 30 calendar days.
• Renewing Growth Loop: Once 5 referrals are reached and your free month is applied, your referral counter resets to zero so you can earn ongoing months.

4. Stage 3: The Mirron Ambassador Program™

The Mirron Ambassador Program™ is a single-level commercial partnership designed for creators and community builders who want to earn recurring monthly income.

Earned Status (The 5-Step Path)

Ambassador status is an earned privilege, not an automatic entitlement. Members transition through five stages:

1. PREMIUM: Maintain an active, paying Premium Mirron account.
2. GROW: Successfully refer at least 5 paying Premium Mirrons in Stage 2.
3. INVITATION: Receive an official in-app Ambassador invitation from Mirronet.
4. ACTIVATE: Review and execute the official Ambassador partnership agreement.
5. BUILD: Access your Ambassador Dashboard and earn recurring monthly compensation.

Single-Level Structure

Ambassadors earn compensation strictly on customers they personally refer. Mirronet does not operate multi-level marketing (MLM), team overrides, downline commissions, or generation bonuses. You are rewarded solely for direct customer acquisition and retention.

Working Reward Ladder

Ambassadors who maintain at least 100 active, paying Premium subscribers receive recurring monthly payouts. Active subscriber counts are calculated via an automated snapshot taken at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each calendar month. (Accounts in failed payment, billing retry, or expired status during the snapshot are automatically excluded).

Payout Example: An Ambassador maintaining 250 active paying subscribers in a given month earns $375.00 USD for that monthly cycle ($1.50 × 250).

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Can one person help me qualify for both Stage 1 and Stage 2?

Yes. If an invited friend completes their free onboarding milestones (Stage 1) and later upgrades to a paid Premium subscription (Stage 2), you receive the initial bounty credit as well as progress toward your Grow The Family™ 5-for-1 loop.

What happens if an invited subscriber cancels or refunds?

If a referred member cancels, their subscription remains active until their paid cycle ends and counts toward that cycle. If a member requests a refund or initiates a bank chargeback, the referral credit is immediately revoked.

What happens if my active subscriber count falls below 100 as an Ambassador?

Ambassador cash tiers require a minimum of 100 active paying subscribers at the monthly snapshot. If your active count temporarily falls between 1 and 99, your account defaults to the standard Grow The Family™ benefits until you reach 100 active members again.

6. Official Rewards, Payout & Anti-Fraud Policy

1. Hardware Fingerprinting & Account Integrity

To ensure fairness, Mirronet tracks unique hardware device identifiers (Device IDs). Each physical device may register only one referral code. Account farming, the use of virtual machines, device emulators, temporary/disposable email addresses, or automated bots is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.

2. Escrow Clearance & Refund Reversals

All referral rewards are initially placed in an Escrow Hold. Funds and subscription credits are permanently credited only after the payment clears and Apple/Google/gateway refund and chargeback windows have elapsed. If a referred user requests a subscription refund or initiates a bank chargeback, all associated referral credits are revoked immediately.

3. Payout Processing & Currency Conversion

• Review Period: All withdrawal requests enter a Pending Review status and are audited for security. Security reviews are typically completed within 3–5 business days, prior to batch disbursement on scheduled payout dates (typically the 1st and 15th of each month).
• Local Gateway Execution: Payouts in supported African regions are disbursed in local currency (e.g., NGN via Paystack) using the prevailing platform exchange rate at the time of withdrawal confirmation. International payouts are processed via supported cross-border transfer services (e.g., Wise, PayPal).
• Minimum Balances: Unmet withdrawal minimums (such as the $10.00 threshold) cannot be disbursed partially and do not accrue interest.

4. Right to Audit, Withhold, and Terminate

Mirronet reserves the absolute right to audit any account showing suspicious referral patterns, unnatural activity velocity, or high chargeback rates. Mirronet reserves the right to freeze balances, cancel pending payouts, and permanently ban any user who attempts to defraud or exploit the reward infrastructure.

5. Independent Contractor Status & Taxes

Participants in the Ambassador Program act solely as independent promoters and not as employees, partners, or agents of Mirronet. Participants are exclusively responsible for reporting and paying all applicable local, state, federal, and international taxes on funds received through the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability & Binding Arbitration

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mirronet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from program changes, system downtime, rate adjustments, or payout delays. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to initiate or participate in a class-action lawsuit against Mirronet.
